2 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp stevia
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1/2 small banana (40g), mashed
1 egg
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 walnut kernel (4g), chopped
Mix everything together and spoon into a greased mug.
Microwave for 60-90 seconds. Turn out onto a plate and serve with desired toppings.
I had mine with some Pro/yo and melted chocolate
